  4 stars because their bathrooms were not attended to very well.
  
  This is a simple buffet with tasty food. The main dining area is always being swept and maintained.
  
  They have a sushi bar, salad bar, dessert bar and 3 other main course/side bars.
  
  We tested so many tasty options:
  Coconut shrimp
  Chicken on a stick
  Pizza
  Etc.
  
  Yum!

  Do not eat here. I stay at the Motel 6 next door quite frequently for work and I was starving, so I hopped on yelp to see the reviews but I was too hungry to care and were anyway. Don't make my mistake. I went at 6 pm on a Wednesday. It was $17 for the worst buffet I've ever had. I was worried I was going to get sick as all the food I tried had obviously been sitting there forever. It didn't look well regulated. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
  
  As far as the service goes, the manger (I'm assuming) was very nice and he asked how I was but besides that no one check on me  and it was just not worth the money.

  As Chinese buffets go, it gets three stars. There are similar buffets around the  southland, some better, some not, but this one was okay. the staff were friendly, the tables were clean, prices were average, and there was an interesting mix of customers... old, young, families, & single patrons. The food was pretty good, no soft serve ice cream or chocolate fountains :(
  My meal and drink came to a little over $12 bucks...about average for this  kind of place.
  
  Tip: When you see photos of older patrons in Yelp reviews for buffets you have to assume that the place is okay. :)

  Been here many times and have never had an issue. This is the only buffet in Carson and is exactly what you expect for the price. Place is always clean, staff is always friendly, and food stations are never empty. Of course people are gonna b**** about the food or some other bs, but like I said, you get what you pay for. Definitely will continue to support this place.

  Probably not coming back, very immature waiters. They all looked young taking long to pick up plates and spent a lot of time talking smack about costumers (making awfully obvious they were).
  Food was not good and not bad.. just ehh not much flavor or effort into food. Sushi was old probably sitting for too long. Restrooms were horrendously dirty. Dine at your own risk.
